Shamelle joined the Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence in May 2022 as a project coordinator. She has a bachelor of science in health from Howard University. Shamelle is originally from Tacoma but relocated to the East Coast as a child and currently resides in Delaware. She has also lived in Florida and Georgia and loves hot weather.
Prior to joining the Alliance, she worked at a digital marketing agency as a project manager, at a management consulting firm as an administrative assistant and at Georgia State University on the administrative side. Shamelle really enjoys the collaborative process of working with a team planning and supporting a project to meet the request of the deliverables.
When she’s not working, she likes scouring the web for vegetarian recipes, traveling, trading, reading mystery thrillers, and exercising.
