Topic: Supporting child Mental Health with TBRI Principles

Come meet with other caregivers as we discuss how to Connect and Empower children and youth experiencing mental health struggles. We will talk about how the attachment process lays the foundation for mental health, and how caregivers can provide safety and connection for children navigating effects of disrupted attachment. We will also share self care ideas for those supporting the mental health journey of children.  


Please note: We will not be discussing specific diagnoses, conditions or medications.
