This 6-hour focused topic training for caregivers develops an understanding of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as presented in DSM 5 and alternate behavioral descriptions from Daniel Amen MD. The training also covers the common developmental course of ADHD and a 7 Step Intervention pathway for home and school success.

Aidan began working as a public servant at the Department of Social and Health Services – Children’s Administration in 1998, as a temp after working for a Swedish Import Export Company for nine years. He worked in Children’s for 18 years in many positions, including Office Assistant Senior, Administrative Secretary, Human Resources Consultant 1, Office Manager, Regional Office Manager, Disclosure Coordinator and finally as a Admin 3 at Headquarters. Then he was hired at the Community Services Division, Call Center as the Admin 3 in Lakewood, before taking the Kent CSO Office Manager position. Before coming to the Alliance, Aidan was the Tacoma Call Center Hub Office Manager.

Aidan enjoys fishing, crabbing, barbequing, camping and spending time with his Fraternal Order of Eagles along with family and friends when not working.
